Taking as a basis the resignation of the President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia Gagik Harutyunyan and being led by the Part 2 of Article 147 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Armenia the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly consider the authorities of the President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia Gagik Harutyunyan suspended from March 8.
